**Remote - Inbound Sky Sales Agent**

We are recruiting for a **Leading UK insurance provider,** who are looking for sales professionals with a **minimum of 12 months telesales experience (in one role, within the last 3 years)** to join their busy Inbound Sky Sales department on a **REMOTE full time, permanent contract**.

- **Experience requirements**:_
- _A minimum of _**12 months telesales-based **_experience in one role_
- S_ales experience must be _**within the last 3 years**_
- **Hours**:_
- 37.5 hours a week in a 5-week rota
- You need to be fully flexible between the hours of 8am - 8pm for varying shift patterns
- Includes 1 full weekend & 1 Saturday in the 5-week rota
- **Job Role**:_
- You’ll receive calls from customers who will be looking to discuss their Sky service.
- Upsell the Sky Protect Device Insurance across Sky equipment and personal devices.
- With your excellent customer service and your **expert sales skills**, you will give added peace of mind by **upselling this product**, that customers can purchase that best suit their needs.
- You will also be responsible for registering the manufacturers warranty on other appliances and **upselling insurance** to give them added protection
- **Share the features and benefits **of protection products to help customers find the one that’s right for them.
- **Build rapport with customers,** get to know their individual needs and put their interests first, so they continue their protection with us.
