We are on an exciting journey of growth and we are looking for a driven and talented Recruitment Consultant to be part of our specialist Northants and Counties Primary branch.

Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 2 looking to grow exponentially over the coming years, based out of our Northampton office where we also have 3 other teams. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues,who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career - after all, we've all been there We are straight talkers and value open and fluid communication - it is our strong belief that everyone's thoughts andideas count in our journey of continuous improvement. **The Role**
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you bring schools and teachers together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You are not required to have experience in this career or any work experience at all, so long as you bringyour energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector supporting Primary Schools and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - andwe will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
Should you choose to accept it, your mission will be to:
- Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
- Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
- Be a data input and data management wizard
