**Revenue Manager**

MRK are pleased to be working exclusively with our client based in London. They are looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, working a hybrid model.

This job would suit someone with previous luxury revenue manager experience, although someone who has front office or reservations experience looking to progress into a revenue manager role will also be considered. The role will be supporting independentluxury hotels in managing their strategies, distribution systems with the goal to make their businesses more efficient and profitable

The business has an impressive luxury hotel portfolio with some fantastic projects coming up.

The successful individual will have strong analytical and numerical skills and have a good grasp of Excel and other platforms. This person will be outgoing, energetic and have excellent personal skills. You will be dealing with stakeholders across the business,so you must be comfortable communicating with all levels.

Duties will include:

- You will visit your hotels to understand how the business is currently managed, how the systems are configured and how the hotel is performing against its competitor set.
- Provide a detailed report with guidance and advice how the hotel can be optimised
- Work with the hotel teams and system vendors to project manage any changes in systems, implementation of new structures or train and implement new strategies.
- Provide a managed CRS platform connecting hotels to the GDS, booking engine and key OTAs.
- Provide revenue management support that will include daily calls with the hotel to discuss strategies, pickup and general performance.
- Identify strengths, opportunities, challenges and risks to effectively manage the revenue strategy to maximise yield and business performance
