**Who are MPAAS?**

MPAAS are an accredited Meter Operator and Meter Asset Manager which means that not only do we own the smart meter asset, but we can fit the smart meter on behalf of your energy supplier. This makes us the face of the energy supplier; the ones who visit your home or business and our qualified Dual Fuel Meter Installers undertake the installation.

In addition to this we also undertake revenue protection work for our energy suppliers. That’s why we pride ourselves in delivering first class customer service to all of our consumers. From the point of booking through to installation our personalised consumer journey keeps everyone informed every step of the way.

**Summary of the role**

The role is integral to the continuous improvement of not only the HSEQ team, but the entire companies’ operations. The role holder will collate and provide data analysis to the Head of HSEQ as well as other heads of, when requested. They will also ensure the smooth running of the Field Audit programme.

**Your overarching key responsibilities**
- Collate all relevant HSEQ data as requested
- Create and maintain all data reports
- Oversee the Field Audit programme
- Assist the Head of HSEQ in identifying and reacting to emerging trends

**What we are ideally looking for in you**

Essential Skills/Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Bi
- Good mathematical reasoning skills
- Experience in data reporting and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for improving the safety and quality of business operations
- Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work and willingness to learn new skills

Desirable skills/qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent level of health and safety certificate
- Understanding of operational challenges associated with electric and gas meter installation

**Other personal attributes that we would like you to have**
- Please note anyone for this role must complete a DBS Check._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
