St Helens College has an exciting career opportunity within the Learner Support Department, as an EHCP Co-Ordinator.
The role will also involve working alongside the Learner Support Manager, to ensure the needs of students with EHCPs are being met and they are successfully working towards their outcomes.
- Successful experience in the operational processes of maintaining and reviewing EHCPs
- Successful experience of working with students with SEND
- Up to date knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and associated EHCP/funding
- A**Vocational/academic qualification at level 3 or above
- Successful experience in working with outside agencies to support the education, health and care needs of students.
