Forming part of an established team, you will ensure best practice in employee relations, and people management through the provision of high quality proactive, pragmatic and timely advice to leaders, managers and staff. This is a varied and interesting role in which you will support case management, organisational change, development and employee wellbeing.
You will ideally be a Chartered member of the CIPD and be able to demonstrate broad generalist human resources experience and also be well versed in all aspects of employee relations. You will possess a thorough and up to date understanding of employment legislation and have the ability to negotiate and work in partnership. This is an ideal opportunity to further develop skills and experience and to become involved in more challenging strategic elements of human resources.
