We are looking for a strong, talented individual to support our Finance team with the requirements for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader.

The Accounts Payable Team Leader will be based in our Reading office and will report to the Finance Controller, for ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions UK Ltd.

**Position summary**

The person responsible for this role will be supporting Accounts Payable; processing and completing payments of invoices, generating reports, and various other accounting functions. Additionally, assist with all reconciliation, reporting, and payment remittance with the accounting team. They will need to be proactive, self-motivated, and happy to get involved with many varying tasks. They will also be responsible for managing the day-today workload of the AP team.

**Main Duties of Job**
- Managing and coordinating the AP teams’ responsibilities and ensuring task are assigned appropriately.
- Managing the day-to-day workflow of the AP team to ensure work is assigned and completed appropriately in accordance with time constraints.
- Work with 3rd party supplier on SAP4/Hana improvements and incidents.
- Work with project team on mergers of aquired companies with regards to AP function.
- Cascading and implementing any directions from the Finance manager and effectively communicating all updates.
- Load and code the vendor invoices in the ERP and run payments
- Match Invoices against pre-populated PO's ( IG) and 3rd party Invoices
- Review and chase down and reconcile any discrepancies on vendor statement
- Review and process Internal expenses (employees T&) via Concur module
- Monthly reconciliation of all supplier statements, and suggestion of any unpresented expenses for accruing into GL - Invoice register any non-receipted goods.
- And any other duties that may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven record of AP work
- Experience from SAP4/Hana
- Significant hands-on business experience with accounting functions
- Strong commercial and strategic understanding
- Must be fluent in English (oral & written)
- Able to manipulate data and have reasonable Excel skills.
- Ability to maintain the accuracy of accounts to ensure accurate company financial statement reporting.
