Orka Financial is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their client based in Windsor to be part of their growing finance team.

Accountabilities
- Reviewing and posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations for all suppliers
- Working with suppliers and Operations teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure that systems are
- Responding to queries both internally and externally in a professional, timely manner
- Prepare weekly payment runs for review by the Transaction Supervisor
- Checking and updating master data for suppliers to ensure that information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with bank reconciliations and recommend appropriate clearing actions in multiple entities and currencies
- Ad hoc Accounts Payable duties

Experience- Accounts Payable experience
- AAT Qualified
- Intermediate Excel skills

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 + competitive company benefits
