**Health Care Assistant**

At Upton Grange, we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to those who need it most. As a HCA, you will support residents with their personal needs and providing high standards of care. You will play a vital role in maintaining the dignity, comfort, and well-being of the individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting residents with personal care and day-to-day tasks (washing, dressing, toileting etc)
- Supporting mobility and helping move around the home, encouraging independence where possible
- Monitoring and recording residents wellbeing on the care system with regular daily notes
- Observe and report any changes in physical / mental condition
- Provide emotional support
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members or other healthcare professionals
- Ensuring a safe environment following health and safety protocols

**What We’re Looking For**:

- No experience needed - full training is provided
- Someone with a caring and compassionate nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends / bank holidays
- Able to work as part of a team but also use own initiative
- Good time management and organisation
