We are looking for a friendly, well-organised and adaptable Administrative Assistant Receptionist to join our welcoming team of dedicated military and civilian healthcare professionals and administrative staff located at the Lyneham Medical Centre, Chippenham.
The position offers 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:
**Person specification**:
Main details of the role include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining patient and staff confidentiality in accordance with Patient Confidentiality and Staff Confidentiality Protocols.
- Receptionist duties to include being first point of contact with patients and other Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) users, booking appointments, answering telephones and face to face queries.
- Supporting GPs/ANP (Advanced Nursing Practitioners) in the process of e referrals, following local protocol.
- Providing administration support to the clinical staff including the use of Microsoft office and assisting with general typing duties.
- Maintaining data on DMICP.
- Covering for other administrative assistants during periods of absence.
