**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Control Room Team to ensure clear, regular, and ongoing communication with regards to daily operations
- Monitoring the employee management system.
- Collate accurate reports on all events / incidents and provide these to the management team and customers.
- Complete appropriate paperwork whilst escalating issues in a timely manner where appropriate
- To liase with and support all departments across the business
- Effectively use FRG systems to complete daily operations

**Requirements**:
Have a full 5-year work / education history including addresses and landline contact details.
- Attention to detail
- The successful applicant will be punctual, reliable and be able to adopt a flexible approach and well presented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity

Desirable
- Frontline SIA License
- Previous control room experience.
- Previous administration experience.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Experience of working within the Security Industry is an advantage.

Hours Expected to Work
- Shifts are 06:00 - 18:00 on a 4 on 4 off rota
