Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Control Room Operator to join the friendly team at First Response Group for a high-profile event space based in central London.

Experienced Control Room Supervisor hours: 07:00 - 19:15 / 19:00 - 07:15 (4-on-4-off).The roster will require the successful applicant to work both day and night shifts on an alternative basis (could be 4 on days 4 off, 4 on nights 4 off, or 2 day, 2 night,4 off).

This Control Room Supervisor role is for a multi-functioning control room located in Leeds, to carry out the following functions:

- Reviewing all rosters and ensuring they are forward rostered monthly in advance
- Escalating any anomalies to Ops/Contract managers
- Ensure all process and procedures are followed
- Ensure the day to day running of Control is flowing consistently
- Being the point of escalation for duty controllers
- Escalating to managers as required
- Incident Management: being the person in charge of incidents as they happen and ensuring that reporting and escalation processes are followed
- Ensure that all client enquiries and complaints are handled correctly and recorded / escalated as required to the appropriate manager / department
- Deal with control room issues (holidays/problems/roster shortfalls)
- Create sites and contracts within Logosoft
- Create Employee Pins out of hours where all paperwork has been provided
- Key management
- Conduct daily handovers including control handover, management daily flash report, and help desk handover
- Ensure all CCTV Events and Duress Calls are effectively managed and escalated in accordance to SOP's
- Ensure operating platforms are properly used by Duty Controllers including Logosoft / Immix / BigChange
- Ensure all events are correctly handled, reported, and passed to helpdesk for invoicing

**Essential Skills**:

- Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Must have a valid CCTV Operator's Licence
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
- Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments
- Have a high level of self-presentation
- Be punctual and reliable
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of the Genetec platform would be advantageous
- The ability to work proactively and use intuition
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Adaptable and responsive
- Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
- Ability to remain alert and aware of surroundings
