**The Opportunity**

The Product Owner is responsible for operating both the product and technology spectrum and to be at the core of product development. You are responsible for communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to elicit exact requirements and determine priorities. You will be the evangelist of the product management vision within the delivery stream and ensure the effective feedback to product management within the agile ceremonies.

The role will involve:

- Supporting developing the business vision of product and helping translate them into small deliverables
- Owning the product backlog with the epics
- Collaborating with the delivery and product teams at all stages within iterations
- Engaging customers to demonstrate progress, approve and signing off the UX and help launch the completed product
- Using a range of techniques to capture requirements and make sure the User and UX Recommendations are accommodated with the product epics
- Participating fully in product workshops, refinement planning and sprint backlog prioritisation

**About You**

To be successful as the Product Owner you will have proven experience in a similar role and be someone who is able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical members of the team/stakeholders.

You will also have/be:

- Graduate Calibre
- Professional Scrum Product Owner or Certified in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
- Strong understanding of Agile
- Experienced working across and maintaining multiple feature and team backlogs to a high standard
- Ability to create full cost models and Profit and Loss profiling against a Product/ Feature. Change Request.
