**About Ignite Growth**

Ignite Growth is a London-based marketing agency specialising in helping dental and aesthetic clinics attract patients through compelling content, social media, and advertising. With our recent acquisition of a studio in the heart of Hoxton, we’re looking for a talented Producer to bring creativity and expertise to our clients and manage our state-of-the-art space.Located in Brickfields—a trendy spot with open communal working areas, an on-site café, and fantastic facilities just a minute from the nearest tube—our studio offers a unique, relaxed, and dynamic environment to work and create.

**Role Overview**This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in content production who loves working with clients. You’ll help clients bring their creative visions to life, from setting up equipment to offering editing guidance. You’ll also manage daily studio operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every client has an exceptional experience in our space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Production Expertise: _Guide clients in creating high-quality podcasts and videos, providing editing support and technical expertise.
- Client Consultation: _Offer advice on enhancing content, assist with equipment setup, and support clients in achieving the best possible production outcomes.
- Studio Management: _Keep the studio organised, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for use.
- Technical Skills: _Set up and operate audio and video equipment, troubleshoot any technical issues, and collaborate with clients on recording needs.
- Creative Problem-Solving: _Resolve technical issues, assist clients with equipment questions, and ensure smooth, professional results.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in podcast or film production, with editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of audio/visual equipment setup, including lighting, cameras, and sound.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and support clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, fun workspace.
