Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Podcast Producer located in London. The Podcast Producer will manage the end-to-end production of podcasts, including researching topics, booking guests, scripting, recording, editing, and publishing episodes. They will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of strategy-aligned audio content. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the creative team, ensuring efficient delivery timelines, and analyzing podcast performance for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Podcast Production, Audio Editing, and Audio Engineering
  • Strong skills in Content Planning, Research, and Script Development
  • Excellent Communication, Interviewing, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Organizational, Time Management, and Project Coordination capabilities
  • Knowledge of current podcasting trends, platforms, and tools
  • Experience in Marketing and Media strategy (preferred)
  • Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Journalism, Communication, or related field is an advantage
