**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm)

**Salary**: Competitive (Basic salary + enhanced commission scheme + attractive benefits + £5,000 Car Allowance)

Our estate agents in Kensington are specialists in providing property for sale and lettings in and around Kensington, W8. Our office in Kensington deals with a wide range of properties, from stylish period conversions, lateral apartments in sought after mansion blocks to large family houses. Areas of particular note include the ultra exclusive Kensington Palace Gardens, often referred to as “Billionaires Row”, the Phillimore Estate, Duchess of Bedford Estate, and popular garden squares including Kensington Square, Edwardes Square and Campden Hill Square.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Managing clients' expectations and surpassing them through exceptional service.
- Negotiating effectively with all parties involved to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ensuring the highest level of service throughout the client experience.
