The core role of the Short Lets department is to generate applicants through developing relationships with for short-term rentals covering all aspects from residential tenancies along with national and international companies. Due to high demand we arenow looking for a Short Lets Consultant to work alongside our Head of department, this role has a prime base of South Kensington but the role is classed as 'roaming' as you will be required to travel to other offices due to business needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Cold and warm calling existing and new clients
- Generating leads and developing accounts
- Registering and distributing applicants
- Chasing offices and closing deals
- Developing relationships through meetings and presentations
- Managing corporate accounts
- The primary aim is to secure close ties internally and externally
**Skills required**
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative
- Experience in a fast paced lettings environment essential
- Highly driven and determined
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident on the telephone
- Extremely organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Competitive
- Sales or relevant property Short let knowledge is essential

**Location**: Hybrid Working, South Kensington/Roaming
**Salary**: £30,000 + Commission (OTE £60,000)
**Contract** type: Permanent
**Hours**: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
