**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**

We are looking for VIP Hosts to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

**About the role of VIP Host**

Our VIP offering is formed of two parts: Sales and Operations.

Our **VIP Sales Hosts **will take bookings from our guests over the phone or online, upsell our experiences in line with guest expectations and preferences, manage our client list ensuring that each client receives an outcome to their enquiry within 24 hours according to our department SLAs, and reach out to prospective guests, finding new ways to make their visit more memorable.

Our **VIP Operations Hosts** develop and deliver a wide range of set and bespoke experiences for our guests, while managing an extensive client base. In this position, it will be your responsibility to deliver all experiences in our portfolio to our VIP’s, ensuring that they can maximise their time with us and have the most remarkable day. Your role will vary from feeding the sharks at deep sea adventure to taking guests behind the scenes of the infamous Miniland to explore how we look after over 40 million bricks

**Experience required**:

- Highly self-motivated individuals who have an excellent knowledge of the resort to deliver the very best experiences on park
- You will need to manage your time effectively, ensure the guests needs are met at every point of the day and, most importantly, be an avid communicator
- You must also be comfortable with assisting all departments across the resort in order to meet the requirements of your guests and have the ability to prioritise your workload, ensuring our guests needs are satisfied
- The following is desired but not essential: - Knowledge of the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort - Previous experience in a guest-facing environment - A basic understanding of Office 365 suites including Teams
