**Project Engineer (Water)**

**£38k per annum + Car/Car Allowance**

**Locations: Norwich & Ipswich**

**Permanent & Full time**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Development Services team for a Project Engineer (Water).

Working alongside our Design and Construction teams, your role will be to manage water main installation projects for new development sites across the Bedford and Milton Keynes regions.

We are looking for someone who is willing to put our customers first and go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding level of service. You will thrive on solving problems and challenges using your own initiative and by working in collaboration with others.

Ensuring our health and safety standards are met at all times will be a key part of your role. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas and innovative solutions to help us ensure that our projects are delivered to a cost effective and high qualitystandard.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct site surveys to support water main installation design
- Carry out risk assessments and collate pre-construction information
- Assessment of customer and environmental impact
- Day to day management of a portfolio of projects
- Adherence to Health and Safety Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
- Regular engagement with Developers and third party stakeholders
- Monitoring and control of project costs
