Much of our growth to date has been driven by Lottie’s profile, connections and conversations. This happens over dinners with other Founders, at networking events and through her LinkedIn inbox. Managing this is becoming a big job and there is a lot we can do to work “_her_” harder. As a key growth driver for both businesses, there’s now a need for full time support to maximise ‘_brand Lottie_’ and the opportunities that come through it. **What do we need this hire to do?** - Hunt down new business for Match-Making & Brand Hackers - this includes outreach to Founders & Hiring Managers directly via Linkedin, Lottie’s network or personal contacts. You can't be scared to "pick up the phone" and make that initial contact. - Lead on prospecting flows across the business using Hubspot. - Ensure all the records of conversations had are up to date and reported on regularly to Lottie and the leadership team. - Seek out profile building opportunities for Lottie, from podcasts to events, knowing what Lottie's and the Copy Club's audience want to hear about and finding those special people that others don't even know about yet. - Organise Lottie’s life, so she’s always in the right place at the right time. This could be booking meetings & identifying networking opportunities or squeezing in a haircut for her (& ensuring she had some down time when needed) - Get involved in the commercial health of the business, identifying opportunities & addressing concerns. - Lead production of our podcast or other marketing assets/initiatives from Lottie’s profile. **How will we measure success?** - Number of new business enquirers for sponsorship, Match-Making & Brand Hackers that come from Lottie’s profile and connections - The number and quality of opportunities for profile building for Lottie, across press, events, podcasts etc - Be able to manage Lottie's diary and time to ensure she isn't over capacity and still has time to firefight is challenges arise. **The Details...** - This role is an internal ops function, reporting directly into Lottie (CEO). - You’ll be working with Jo (Head of Match-Making) and James (Brand Hackers Account Director). - Must be London based. Our culture is fully remote, but you’ll need to be able to go for coffee, come to dinners sometimes and make it to a networking event at short notice. - Regular travel to Lottie’s home / co-working space in London Fields. **You'll have** - Previous experience in a sales role and obtaining new business. - Highly entrepreneurial - Supremly passionate about building small businesses and startup culture in general. - Strong organisation skills and know how to juggle multiple plates. - Truly tenacious and instinctive negotiator with the ability to flex your style depending on who they are dealing with. - Excellent at building rapport, comfortable in a room of strangers - A strong written and verbal communicator - Resilient and comfortable moving very fast - Autonomous - we have a very supportive culture but this role won’t have hand holding **Salary**:£35,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience **Logistics**: London based **Perks**: 25 days holiday (and bank holidays) plus a bonus day at Christmas & your birthday.
