Due to growth in the development activities, our client is now seeking to add a property lawyer to the in-house legal team. This position would be best suited to a lawyer with commercial property / real estate expertise who is looking to grow their skillset beyond transactional property work.
Our client is a property development company with a track record, creating and managing large-scale, mixed-use sites in the UK and internationally.
Core Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and ancillary documents.
- Assist with sales and acquisitions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating sale contracts and transfers.
- Advise on and review residential lettings.
- Draft and negotiate property contracts which are needed to facilitate development (e. oversailing licences, licences for works etc.).
- UK Qualified Solicitor or Barrister.
- With at least 4 years post-qualification experience.
