This law firm was founded over 200 years ago and are now seeking a NQ-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor.

This means you'll be working with a longstanding client base at a firm with a great reputation within the property market. That's why they're the go-to firm for clients within the retail, office and industrial sectors across the UK.

You'll get plenty of client contact. Their client base is built upon excellent service and always having a direct line to their Solicitor. This means you will be able to manage transactions from start to finish.

As a full-service law firm, you'll work collaboratively on transactions and be supported by the corporate team where necessary.

They have a team of 9 people in their commercial property department, which is led by a former Silver Circle Lawyer. The team has 3 Partners and 3 support staff. This means you'll have support below and supervision from above.

You will have lots of variety and can expect a mix of acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters and residential.

Recent examples of deals include:

  • Acquisition for an office building in central London overseas property investor;
  • Representing a property investor landlord in their office, retail and mixed-use properties in the West End, City and South East England; and
  • Full lifecycle of commercial property work for a national industrial real estate company.

Your professional development and training will be tailored to your needs. This will be a combination of on-the-job training and seminars and courses. You'll therefore have input into your future training which will be built around your interests and business needs.

You'll ideally be office based and within commuting distance of South London.

What you'll need

  • NQ-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Sound understanding of negotiating leases, both landlord and tenant side.
