**Overview**
This role will be be a hybrid role.
**Tuesday**: 11-7 Clinic Shift
**Wednesday**: 10-6 Clinic Shift
**Thursday**:4pm -6pm Home Shift, Calls and Inbox
**Saturday**:Inbox cover, 1 hour AM and 1 hour PM
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Looking after the clinic inbox
- Booking appointments and managing clinic diaries
- Sending invoices, taking payments, chasing non payments.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-organised at all times.
- Handle administration duties such as filing, scanning, adhoc requests
- Maintain office and clinic supplies by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to convert enquiries and leads into bookings for the clinic.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills and using initiative highly desirable
- A positive committed attitude
- Being able to show empathy and be supportive to our patients
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
