We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals in need, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and provide companionship to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel

**Skills**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with care plans and providing home care services
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Familiarity with care home environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with clients

**Salary**: £11.90 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
