This is an excellent opportunity to join our catering service organisation based near Brighton on a permanent basis in an administrative role within our service department
**The purpose of the role is to log and schedule service and maintenance calls for a team of engineers catering, AC & fridge based all over the UK and to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and meeting their SLA'S usually within 24 hours. Our customers range from hotels, restaurants, schools, care homes..**
You will work as part of a small, friendly team and will be required to work from the office.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling engineer visits into the diary
- Booking in work with customer sites and logging on customer portals
- Troubleshooting any issues
- Preparing jobs for invoicing (verifying costs) and preparing consolidated invoices
- General administration
- Customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer literacy
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
