Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with finance tasks to assist our bookeeper in their duties.
- Assist in organising company events or meetings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR principles is a plus

Pay: £24,750.00 per year
