As an International Scaled Sales Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated, dedicated team that is having impact commercially while also improving the lives of students and teachers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accelerate business growth across all segments of the International education business by building and developing scaled sales programs, and consistently improve programs’ operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and manage high-performing sales-as-a-service vendor(s) to deliver on all quarterly strategic and operational priorities across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA
- Advise and partner with education Regional and Country managers on go-to-market strategies related to torso and tail market segments, ensuring alignment on a comprehensive country/region strategy
- Build and execute defined account management functionality within the scales sales team work flow
- Build a team of high-performing Program Managers within APAC, EMEA, and LATAM markets
