Parts Advisor

**We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor at our Newmarket site.**

**This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Mercedes-Benz brand parts department.**

** EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE **

Salary £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Bonus and Overtime also available

** SHIFTS AVAILABLE **

Monday to Friday

Week one: 8:00am-5:00pm

Week two: 7:00am-4:00pm

Required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with the team and customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Co-ordinate all parts sales to make sure that customers and Technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them
- Liaising on the telephone and serving parts to in-house and retail customers.
- Delivering and collecting stock for the busy parts department
- Some lifting and carrying will be involved.
- Use a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs
