**Application Support Owner | Media Business Apps & Excel Master | Cool Media Company**

My client is a world-leading independent production and distribution group that produces some of the most popular TV programmes in the world.

You will work in a fast-paced environment collaborating with sales, marketing, production, and every facet of the business in this global company whose fingerprints stretch as far as the US, Singapore, and Japan.

You will need to bring your personality, problem-solving analytical mindset, and interpersonal skills to succeed in this role where you will be given the opportunity to grow professionally through 1-1 tutelage in a supportive environment that will invest time and resources into helping you better yourself professionally.

**What you will do**:

- Look after the internal **CRM**, working in a cross-functional matrix team.
- Step in and manage our clients' data through **Excel**, **PowerApps**, and** Dynamics365**.
- Write **user stories** and engage in **requirements gathering**.
- Manage the **relationship with the vendors** that our clients use.

**What you need**:

- Be an **Excel superuser** (x lookup / v lookup and unique identifiers)
- Have experience in **CRM catalogue management**.
- Have a good understanding and be comfortable in dealing with **data.**:

- Possesses an **analytical mind** and **great communication skills**.
- Have a **genuine interest** in the **media or production world.**

**Nice to have**:

- Exposure to **PowerApps** and **Dynamics365** (not development but the internal product management of the apps)
- Exposure to **DAX**:

- Experience working with a** production/media company**.
