**Duties (to include but are not limited to)**:
- Preparation reconciliations/MI weekly and monthly
- Preparation of Home Emergency claims payments
- Daily update of the claims cashbooks
- Daily system updates with the claims payments
- Review new declarations for any discrepancies or errors and input accurately
- Query any incorrect/fluctuating declarations to the point of resolution
- Raise and process invoices and credit notes where required
- Preparation reconciliations/MI weekly and monthly
- Chase clients outstanding declarations and/or payments
- Provide support to the team and other departments with regards to any claims/premium related queries and information requests
- Produce and oversee production of procedure notes for various finance processes
- Ad-hoc project work
- Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of the annual audit
