What will my role look like?
We have an exciting opportunity available for a People Capability Coach In this role you will be required to facilitate KFC UKI's strategic vision of being 'the UK's best for talent and training'; across Area Teams and throughout our store structures.
You will be the Custodian of store-level talent within the business by establishing excellent training delivery and influencing the Business Operations team to strive for high calibre standards at each level of Sign Off. You will also act in ER advisory capacity, to Area Coaches and ensure first stage ER issues amongst the Restaurant Manager population are dealt with effectively, and being a true role model and partner to recruitment.
What would my main responsibilities be?
**Facilitation**:
Facilitate talent identification processes (sign ons) for management levels within the region by influencing and coaching Restaurant Managers (RGM's) & Area Coaches to demonstrate consistency and be the gatekeeper of calibre and standards across the business
Regional Sign on's to identify the next generation of restaurant management talent for out internal pipeline
Classroom workshops for management employees
Create an environment for others to learn and grown within
Provide structured feedback on performance
Drive review and validation process (sign off's) for restaurant leadership talent
**Training**:
Represent Restaurant Training across the business, lead and participate in key projects affecting how our training offer evolves and remains fit for purpose alongside business change
Continually work to improve training process giving feedback to training department team
Provide feedback on behaviors to both individuals and their line managers during training process
Provide feedback to Area Coaches and Regional Coach regarding Talent Calibre and training progress within the Region including any issues which may be affecting training completion
Track succession planning across the areas, using information from tracking of training budget and outputs of Sign on/Sign off events
Recruitment
Train Restaurant Managers to effectively utilise the recruitment toolkit to ensure that excellent recruitment practices and decisions are made for our restaurant talent plan.
Upskill Restaurant Teams to be excellent talent spotters
Support Restaurant teams to recruit, onboard, train and develop through full utilisation of all tools available
**ER**:
Act in an ER advisory Capacity and ensure all ER issues are dealt with promptly
Own the training and education of ER practices and deliver on a needs-based basis to RGM's
Do I have what it takes?
Demonstrable success as a trainer / coach
Ability to influence at peer and senior level
Strong drive for results and ability to self-manage
Full driver’s license
