Global Content and Communications Lead

Based in our award-winning Bristol head office, and reporting to our Global Communications Lead, this exciting permanent, full-time role comes with a salary of up to £50,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience, alongside a benefits package designedto nurture your wellbeing and personal development. We have a blended approach to working at Pukka where you have the opportunity to work 60% from home, 40% from our Herb House office each month.

**About the opportunity**

You will be accountable for the global content strategy; oversee the global PR and influencer marketing strategy and annual plans; oversee the partnerships, experiential, and events strategy; and oversee the ecomm and web content annual plans. The managerswithin these respective functions will report into you and look to you to provide leadership in the form over an overarching content strategy, coupled with exceptional communications skills. Previous experience and demonstrable knowledge of working strategicallywith these channels will be important.

You will be responsible for the written communication syndicated out from our headquarters to global markets - ensuring it effectively and impactfully influences, whether internally or externally.

Therefore, excellent written and oral communication skills will be imperative.

You'll act as the cornerstone of all global content for Pukka, ensuring we are creating the most engaging and impactful content that performs to an excellent standard globally.

**About you**

You will be a highly effective and influential communicator, able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

You will have extensive experience taking complex information and translating it into engaging and inspiring content for consumers, based on sound insight and understanding of a brand's values and personality.

This role will be accountable for earned and owned media channel content and communications. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has experience developing content strategies within these channels.

The role requires a flexible individual, who's experienced and comfortable with thinking and planning strategically and can manage multiple projects and priorities, providing clarity and direction for global teams. A lover of all things content, you willbe enthusiastic and positive, with a curious and naturally inquisitive approach to your work.
