**About the role**:
Ownership of all New Supplier requests identified by Purchase Ledger, Banking or Integration departments and completed within departmental SLA.

The main responsibilities are to action any updates for existing supplier accounts, when provided the relevant documentation, and ensuring information is correct before taking the action. Also essential to provide excellent customer service to the Purchase Ledger department as well as to the Surgeries and Finance function.

**What are we looking for?**

Ideally studying towards a professional financial qualification, the post holder will need to display the following attributes and competencies:

- Great attention to detail and able to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Improvement and questioning mind - should always be asking if there is a better way to do things
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills (MS Excel). Ability to work with multiple IT systems simultaneously (OA & Ebis systems)
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Experience of Open Accounts
- A strong team ethic

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
