Student Services Assistant

The Student Service Assistant will be part of our fast paced, exciting and customer focused team in the company. Its biggest goal is to achieve customer satisfaction through providing assistance when needed and offering a range of services. It is a varied role and covers a wide range of duties which will be mainly office based with the occasional need to work on-site.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Deliver efficient and quality services to students
- Assist your Team Leader and Manager with procedures and logisitics relating to students’ occupancy
- Undertake administrative duties, includes data collection and maintenance of records, and log, manage and resolve feedbacks and complaints
- Organise event and activities
- Ensure and maintain student and customer satisfaction
- To develop and maintain good working relationships both within the team and between teams to enhance both the workflow and communication
- To use the tools and systems adopted by the company effectively and efficiently to enable maximum operational productivity
- Offer support to other teams
- Perform other relevant duties when requested
**General Administration**
- Prepare internal and external notices and documents for the team and the Company
- Provide administrative support to the team
- File keeping and other office duties
- Assist with preparing reports for management
**General Duties**
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with students, direct customers, agents and suppliers
- Take accurate and verify all essential information by following instructions
- Other duties which oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient running of the service
**Contact**
- To be the first point of contact for students when they have queries and be the bridge of communication between students and the company
- Maintain communication with occupants in timely manner
- Deal with student enquiries and resolve their concerns
- To manage the flow of information between all parties, following up with students where necessary
- Customer focused and have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Great people skills: Customer focused and deliver exceptional service
- Self-motivated with great confidence, influential ability, ambition and a desire to succeed and develop
- Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisation skills with attention to detail and ownership of accuracy
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional approach at all times
- Detailed oriented and be able to work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent prioritisation skills with a high attention to details and can maintain a tidy work area
- Experience in a busy, diverse and demanding role
- Has strong IT skills including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Immediately Available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
