**What will you be doing as an HD Advisor**:
Working alongside the HR Manager in an extremely fast paced office environment providing support to a range of companies across the group, you will be providing end to end HR Support across all aspects of the HR function. Duties will include:

- Working closely with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure support, resources and correct skills are aligned to needs and business delivery
- Providing advice, guidance and support to line managers and staff on a variety of HR issues, including disciplinaries, grievance and absence management with support from Group HR Manager
- Supporting new starters including inductions and administration
- Ensuring the leaver process is followed including exit interviews and all necessary administration
- Ensuring that all company policies are kept up to date with changes in legislation
- Working closely with the Payroll Department, ensuring appropriate paperwork is shared in a timely manner
- Assisting the Group HR Manager to ensure defined business HR metrics are referenced, measurable, relevant and timely for key stakeholders
- Advising management on performance reviews, liaising to ensure completion where necessary
- Supporting the development and introduction of new and existing policies, procedures and processes for HR
- Supporting the Group HR Manager to create, implement and train managers on new policies as required
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all employees work in an environment that drives a high performance culture in a compliant, safe, data and people centric manner
- Working across a multifunctional environment
- Ensuring all HR admin, documentation and personnel records are up to date

**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:

- Previous strong experience in a similar generalist HR Advisor or possibly HR Co-ordinator role
- Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to multitask, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Due to the office location, you will realistically need your own transport

**The benefits package**:

- A salary of £30,000 - £33,000, depending on experience
