Join our dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) team at Moore Kingston Smith As part of the People Team, you'll collaborate with HR, Resourcing, Recruitment, Early Talent, and People Analytics & Systems to execute our Firmwide People strategy. Your role as the L&D Coordinator is pivotal in supporting the execution of professional skills L&D interventions for client-facing and business operations teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all L&D interventions in collaboration with the L&D and People teams.
- Manage logistics for professional skills curriculum, mentoring schemes, external course bookings, and firmwide inductions.
- Assist the Director of Learning & Development in coordinating senior leader level learning initiatives.
- Support teams and individuals with People systems, including the Performance Management System.
- Collaborate across the L&D team and contribute to People Team projects.
- Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as required by the team.

**Skills & Expertise**:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills with multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of Learning and Development principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and self-driven work approach.
- Relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ownership mentality towards workload and personal development.
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Outlook, MS Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Confident in managing Zoom or MS Teams calls.
