Desperately seeking an energetic service advisor for a busy independent garage and bodyshop dealing in German cars and Renaults.

Your responsibilities would include:
Answering inbound calls, taking bookings and helping with enquiries.

Managing a bookings schedule for the technicians.

Compiling quotes for customers.

Taking in cars and writing job sheets, ordering the relevant parts needed in a timely manner.

Ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and the jobs are kept to time.

Typing up of invoices, informing the customer when the car is ready and processing payments.

We are looking for someone with motor knowledge, a friendly disposition and will thrive in a busy work enviroment. We need someone who likes keeping all the ducks in a row in a calm and cheerful manner.

You do need a very good working knowledge of English, able to use a garage software system and happy to deal with all levels of customers.

**Salary**: £22,187.17-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
