We are expanding rapidly and are looking for motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team. Help homeowners save on energy costs by offering our high-quality insulation products.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to pre-booked appointments with potential customers in your area.

Present our insulation products and clearly explain the benefits.

Build strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service.

Maintain contact with clients and follow up on leads.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team performance.

**Requirements**:
Own vehicle and a clean driving license are essential.

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Courteous, professional, and able to work independently.

Proven experience in field sales, home improvement, or a similar industry.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Pay: £40,000.00-£120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Direct sales: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
