**About the role - what we're looking for**
We are seeking a _Wellbeing Guide_ to join our Clinical Team. Supporting the Registered Nurses, the role involves providing high standards of personalised care and support to our guests, assisting with their physical and emotional well-being during their rehabilitation journey.

- Experience and knowledge _
- Experience with working in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of addiction treatment sector and mental health.
- Ideally, experience in completing physical observations with support from nursing team.
- Ideally, experience of operating within a highly regulated environment and formal governance structure.
- Ideally, completed studies into care sector (Care Certificate).
- Full Driving license is required for driving the works van to equine therapy on our weekly visit and specimen runs to the hospital.
- To escort guests when attending hospital and dental appointments.
- May need to administer first aid in emergency situations.
- Skills and capabilities_
- Good interpersonal skills including confidence in written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day activities within the context of longer-term strategic goals.
- An excellent team player who sets maintains high standards, motivates and supports colleagues, promoting personal development.
- Ability to build positive and productive relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Being proactive on shift.
- Some confidence with computer working.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to complete necessary clinical skills such as venepuncture, capillary blood glucose monitoring, ECG, urinalysis, UDS etc (desirable)
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £12.81 per hour
Expected hours: 24.5 per week
