Service Coordinator

£24-£25k + bonus + overtime payments

Different shifts available on a rota basis. 9-5.15, 945-6, 8-415.

On call allowance of £400. Bonus payments. Temp to perm

Office Angels are supporting a global leader; due to expansion they are looking for 2 more Service Coordinators to join them ASAP.

Joining the newly refurbished office and friendly team, you will be the first point of call for third party providers and companies that have bought top of the range equipment.

About your new role:

- Dealing with customer communication, both internal and external.
- Managing all service tasks and requests
- Log customer calls, schedule tasks for engineers
- Check contract statuses
- Escalate calls to senior members of the team if required
- Carry out service checks
- Manage and assign tasks to engineers and communicate updates to customers.
- Raise holiday, sickness and training for the engineering team.
- Raise quotations as required
- Order parts
- Raise purchase orders
- Book hotels and flights for engineers

About you
- Ideally from a planning / scheduling background or customer service
- Available immediately and ongoing
- Happy to work in the office full time
- Good attention to detail
- Competent IT user, including Excel
