Our client is a well established, global company in the professional services with a fantastic reputation and they are looking for a friendly and highly organised Resourcing Coordinator to join their team.
Working as part of a busy and friendly team, this role will see you supporting one of their busiest departments with their resourcing requirements:
- Planning and tracking staffing requirements for projects
- Coordinating the staff booking system (including the forward planning of advance bookings).
- Building effective relationships with business managers to understand their resourcing needs for assignments.
This is an interesting and varied role that requires well developed administration and organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Previous planning/resourcing/coordinating experience would be beneficial as would a background in ProfessionalServices but training will be given.
This is initially an 18 month contract although there is the possibility that it could be extended or made permanent.
Hours are 9.00 - 5.15, Monday to Friday and they offer a hybrid working model of 1-2 days a week in the office (or you can go in every day if you prefer).
