Our client is a premium brand in the eBike, mountain bike sector, currently looking to hire a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to build out business partnering and FP&A.

The business is Private Equity backed and growing rapidly through market expansion and new products.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Commercial Finance Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, adding in depth financial analysis and support to drive their continued growth.

This role will provide financial leadership and decision support, financial planning and analysis, deliver financial reporting and acting as Business Partner to the leadership team. This role will proactively identify opportunities to advance the business.It will also support the senior leadership team in researching, modelling and evaluating business opportunities.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial advice, support and challenge to the leadership team
- Manage and align key stakeholders across the business to enable fast and informed decision making
- Evaluate strategic opportunities for the business by developing robust financial models and analyses
- Highlight key financial and KPI trends and develop enhanced reporting
- Facilitate data-driven decision making by ensuring key decision makers in the business have appropriate financial analysis to identify opportunities and measure performance
- Complex sales and margin forecasting, including new markets and channels, analysis of customer sales data.
- Product cost and margin analysis. Support with development of cost visibility and tracking.
- Qualified Accountant with post qualified experience in commercial finance
- Experience in an ecommerce, retail, consumer or manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong academics, an inquisitive, enquiring mind.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding of business environments
