**Interim Management Accountant - Fixed Term Contract**

Robert Half is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing PLC, who are based in Bath, supporting them with recruiting an interim management accountant for a period of 12-14 months.

This is a great opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant to join a friendly team, where you will gain exposure in commercial finance activities. You will take accountability for a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will include, but not be limitedto;
- P&L analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end preparation
- Partnering with the senior leadership team reporting on financial findings, conducting analysis, and adding commentary
- Financial analysis on an ad-hoc basis
- Supporting on the year end reporting and audit tasks

**Your Profile**
- Experience of managing the month end process
- Experience of coaching and leading a small team
- A fully-qualified Accountant
- A collaborative team player

**Length of Contract**

12-14 months

**Salary**

Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)

**Hybrid Working?**

There is hybrid working policy, with 1-2 days a week in the central Bath office

**Start Date**

Immediate start required
