This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional with a strong background in housing and asset management/works contracts to make an immediate impact. The role will support strategic and operational procurement activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering value across projects.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee procurement activities related to asset management and works contractsEnsure compliance with PCR2015 and PA23 regulationsDemonstrate a strong understanding of capital and revenue contract requirementsSupport Section 20 Leasehold Consultation processesCollaborate with stakeholders to drive procurement efficiency and best practiceExperience & Requirements Proven experience in housing sector procurement, with a focus on asset management or works contractsStrong knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23Understanding of capital vs revenue contract requirementsFamiliarity with Section 20 Leasehold Consultation processesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environment
