HR Advisor
Location: Birmingham/Remote

**Salary**: £35,000 plus benefits
As HR Advisor working for one of world's leading multinational professional services businesses you will be working with the very latest technology, in a supportive and inclusive culture where you can develop a career individually tailored for you.
Offered on a permanent basis, the role of HR Advisor will work as part of a wider HR shared services team and be focused on providing high quality advice and guidance on a wide range of HR queries including performance management, stress management, absencemanagement, grievance management, conduct issues and disability adjustments.
Key responsibilities include;
- Providing high quality employee relations advice and guidance to counseling managers on issues and concerns relating to Absence, Performance, Disciplinary and Grievance
- Actively manage and prioritise case load effectively and in a timely manner in line with employment legislation, best practice and policy
- Escalate complex queries to the HR Manager, Regional HR or Employee Relations team.
- Record details of incoming calls, tracking through to resolution
- Manage business unit relationships and lead on monthly conference calls
Experience & Skills Required;
- 2 year's experience within a HR environment
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to meet tight conflicting deadlines
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence at all levels including senior management
- Ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity to influence change within a commercially focused fast-moving business
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team. Self-motivated, pro-active, and flexible
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the Birmingham City Centre office 1-2 days per week.
