We are looking for a passionate and strategic brand leader to spearhead Twinkl's brand marketing journey, leading our brand marketing strategy to expand our brand awareness and reputation on a global scale. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end funnel and integrated campaigns, including influencer marketing initiatives and thought leadership opportunities that ignite brand awareness and recognition, spark consideration, and cultivate brand loyalty. You will also collaborate with our international marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive consideration, and foster brand affinity worldwide. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand and influencer marketing strategy. - Spearheaded the development and execution of high-impact brand campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across multiple channels (digital, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships) to drive brand awareness and consideration. - Identify and capitalise on thought leadership opportunities, establishing our brand as a trusted authority in the industry. - Lead the team that develops and manages influencer marketing campaigns, including recruitment, negotiation, activation, and performance measurement. - Develop and implement strategies to encourage and leverage user-generated content via ambassador programs to enhance brand authenticity and engagement. - Develop a deep understanding of Twinkl's target audiences and their pain points. Ensure brand messaging that resonates with their needs and aspirations. - Cultivate a strong brand presence through strategic influencer marketing and brand partnerships. - Foster brand advocacy by nurturing a loyal customer base and implementing targeted campaigns to amplify positive brand associations. - Collaborate with regional marketing teams to develop a cohesive global brand strategy that fosters awareness, consideration, and positive brand perception, with a focus on integrating influencer marketing and UGC initiatives. - Establish and implement a robust brand measurement framework to track the success of campaigns and brand initiatives and track and report on budget performance. - Oversee project management of brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and consistent brand messaging across all activations (always-on and episodic). - Lead and mentor the global brand and influencer marketing teams, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. **Qualifications and skills**: - Proven experience in a senior brand marketing role, with a background in influencer marketing and UGC. - Strong background in developing and executing brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and consideration for a B2C or B2CB2B brand. - Experience in leading thought leadership initiatives and positioning a brand as an industry leader such as research partnerships, collaborations and events. - Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global marketing team. - Deep understanding of the education sector and the digital marketing landscape. - Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and ROI. - Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing approaches. - Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing decisions. - Project management proficiency with a focus on delivering impactful brand activations. **Benefits**: In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities. **Here’s a couple of the things that make Twinkl a great place to be**: - A friendly, welcoming and supportive culture.
