**Position Summary**

Our Customer Advisors are brilliant at engaging with customers and effortlessly building rapport. Delivering amazing service to our client and their customers whilst working towards collections performance targets and standards. We do this by engaging with customers on the phone by taking inbound calls and making outbound calls.

Our Advisors are motivated by meeting and exceeding performance targets including QA, conversion and revenue.

**What the role involves**:
**Processing Data**

This role is supporting our Client with their collections activity to ensure that customers are on the best possible arrangements and providing customers with solutions to either prevent them getting into arrears or supporting them to manage their energy account. The role includes having sometimes difficult, but constructive conversations with customers who have outstanding arrears. it is our responsibility to recover the outstanding sum via a full/part payment, set up payment plans ensuring they are affordable and reviewing and offering the most suitable payment methods.

Customer service, problem solving, a key eye for detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, in addition to being flexible, as you may need to work on different work streams throughout the day.

**Customer communication**

We take and make daily Inbound and Outbound calls on a dialler and expect outstanding results, and our Customer Advisors are the ones that deliver them. Because we do more.

We create relationships with the customers to build trust and rapport, this provides a base for the customers to work with you, in order for you to collect the outstanding arrears which is not only beneficial for the Client but suitable for the customer financially.

- £9.12 an hour rising to £9.32 an hour after passing probation at 3 months, plus up to £275 a month bonus
