**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organised storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively while completing tasks within set deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and interacting with colleagues or clients.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
