We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to join our Enrolment Support team who will be responsible for supporting the WBL Sales teams to achieve PLR generation targets through the successful delivery of high quality call campaigns.

**What will you be doing?**
- Processing, maintenance and distribution of client data via CRM system
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure success of call campaigns, offering advice and support to Key Account Managers on the content of campaigns
- Handling inbound inquiries from prospective clients and ensuring this is channelled to the correct department and actioned efficiently
- Creating bespoke reports on call campaigns highlighting areas of improvement and sharing this detail with key stakeholders within Lifetime
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure CRM as up to date as possible
- Supporting campaign executive with any other requests
- Dealing with customer or colleague enquiries
- Supporting the wider business with administrative tasks
- Ensuring that quality standards are met

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Experience of working in a varied administration role
- Minimum of 2 years business/administration experience
- Experience in consistently hitting or exceeding targets and meeting deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new working environments
- Proven performance in similar environment
