We are working with a leading law firm based in Bristol, seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to join the dynamic and forward-thinking marketing team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for marketing, who can bringfresh ideas and innovative solutions to the marketing campaigns.
**What you’ll be doing?**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads and conversions
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies and tactics
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and create targeted marketing campaigns that meet their needs
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered to the highest standards
- Mentor and coach junior members of the marketing team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential

**What experience you’ll need to apply?**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
